1406 C St Apt 2 is an elevated first floor apartment with secure access from a common hall off the main entrance (west). At about 550 sq feet this is a large one bedroom apartment. The living room features a faux fireplace. All floors are hardwood except new tile in the freshly remodeled bathroom. The bathroom also includes a tub/shower..
The apartment had excellent storage. No white walls here. The bedrooms front bay window is a classic example of beveled glass with a prism of colors shining through to the bedroom walls.
Kitchen includes a full size gas stove as well as microwave
